Terms and Conditions
The workshop is scheduled Tuesday April 21st and Wednesday April 22nd from 10am-5pm both days with a one hour lunch break. The location is the Amma Center at 48 Stone Cabin Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87505. The location is about 20 minutes from downtown Santa Fe. There is plenty of free parking at the location. Doors open at 9:30am on April 22nd. Come early and complete your sign in and payment process.
Attendance Policy
You must arrive on time and attend the entire workshop to receive the New Mexico Massage Therapy Board 12 in person CE's. Students will sign in and out each morning, lunch period, and afternoon. If you miss more than 30 minutes by arriving late or leaving early you will not be given your CE's. Please do not sign up if you know you cannot attend the entire workshop. If you have an unforeseeable emergency and miss part of the class, you can make up your time by scheduling a make up session with Lea Wildflower for an additional $90/hour + tax fee. At the completion of the entire course, you will receive a certificate to verify your CE credits with the New Mexico Massage Therapy Board. * Note: Completion of this class does not earn NCTMB CE's.
Food and Breaks
We will take a few short breaks in addition to a 1 hour lunch break. I will be providing light snacks and tea, and please bring your own lunch, drinks, and snacks since there is no food available onsite and the location is too far away from restaurants to go out for lunch. There is nowhere to heat food available at the classroom. there is filtered water available. You can take advantage of the retreat like setting and have a restorative day while you are at the class.
Payments: The cost of the workshop is $475+$38.85 NM tax=$513.85 A deposit of $150 reserves your space in the class. The balance of $363.85 is due upon arrival on April 21st. Doors open at 9:30am to sign in and complete your payment process. Preferred method of payment for the balance is by check. A 3.5% additional fee will be added if you pay the balance by venmo or credit card.
Cancellation:
If you need to cancel up to 48 hours, 2 days before the workshop, Sunday April 19th before 5pm, you will receive your $150 deposit minus a $25 processing fee.
If you need to cancel within 48 hours, or after Sunday April 19th at 5pm, you will be refunded $75 out of your deposit. You may also send another student to take your place in the class.Â
In the event that Lea Wildflower needs to cancel the class due to emergency, illness or expected attendance below 6 students, you will receive 100% refund of what you paid for the class.
Phones
Calling and texting are not allowed in the classroom. If you do this, you will be asked to step out, and the time outside the classroom for calling and texting does not count towards your CE's. If you miss 30 minutes of class time, you will not get your certificate unless you schedule a makeup sessions with Lea Wildflower. Phones must be silenced or put on airplane mode during the class sessions. We will be taking short breaks that you can use to text and make calls.
