Terms and Conditions
The workshop is scheduled Wednesday September 30 and Thursday October 1st from 10am-5pm both days with a one hour lunch break. The location is the Amma Center at 48 Stone Cabin Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87505. Classroom is in front of the Temple. The location is about 20 minutes from downtown Santa Fe. There is plenty of free parking at the location. Class doors open at 9am on September 30th. You are welcome to come at 9am and take a walk or meditate in the Temple on the property while Lea is completing set up.

This is an active class and requires movement and light lifting. You are responsible for determining your level of participation if you have injuries or restrictions. Lea will support you taking care of your own body, and will do her best to provide alternatives within the scope of the class.

Attendance Policy
You must arrive on time and attend the entire workshop to receive the New Mexico Massage Therapy Board 12 in person CE's. Students will sign in and out each morning, lunch period, and afternoon. If you miss more than 30 minutes by arriving late or leaving early you will not be given your CE's. Please do not sign up if you know you cannot attend the entire workshop. If you have an unforeseeable emergency and miss part of the class, you can make up your time by scheduling a make up session with Lea Wildflower for an additional $90/hour + tax fee. At the completion of the entire course, you will receive a certificate to verify your CE credits with the New Mexico Massage Therapy Board. * Note: Completion of this class does not earn NCTMB CE's.

Food and Breaks
We will take a few short breaks in addition to a 1 hour lunch break. I will be providing light snacks and tea, and please bring your own lunch, drinks, and snacks since there is no food available onsite and the location is too far away from restaurants to go out for lunch. There is nowhere to heat food available at the classroom. There is filtered water available. You can take advantage of the retreat like setting and have a restorative day while you are at the class.

Payments: The cost of the workshop is Single Participant $450+$36.81 NM tax=$486.81 

SPECIAL BUDDY PRICING $350 + $28.63 NM tax=$378.63 for you and each buddy you sign up with. You must provide the name of your buddy at the time of payment. Your first Buddy must sign up within 24 hours of you. If you bring additional buddies, they can sign up until the day before the class. Please take note of the cancellation policy for Buddy pricing below.

Cancellation:
If you need to cancel up to 48 hours, 2 days before the workshop, Monday September 28th, 5pm, you will receive a refund for your payment minus a $25 processing fee.

If you need to cancel within 48 hours, or after Monday September 28th, at 5pm, you will receive a refund for your payment minus a $75 late cancellation fee. 

If you need to cancel and you have signed up with one buddy, you can either send another participant in your place, or your buddy will have to pay the additional balance of the single participant price, $108.18

In the event that Lea Wildflower needs to cancel the class due to emergency, illness or expected attendance below 6 students, you will receive 100% refund of what you paid for the class.

Phones
Calling and texting are not allowed in the classroom. If you do this, you will be asked to step out, and the time outside the classroom for calling and texting does not count towards your CE's. If you miss 30 minutes of class time, you will not get your certificate unless you schedule a makeup sessions with Lea Wildflower. Phones must be silenced or put on airplane mode during the class sessions. We will be taking short breaks that you can use to text and make calls. Class will decide on a photo and video policy at the start of class.
