Therapeutic/Wellness Massage
Swedish deep relaxation, therapeutic stretching, and Polarity Therapy combine to dissolve stress and muscular tension. Targeted deep-tissue methods address overuse, postural strain, and areas needing focused care.
1 Hour $135
1.5 Hour $185

East meets West Foot Reflexology

Thai Reflexology with a rosewood stick and Polarity Zone therapy that stimulates energy lines and nerve pathways throughout the body. Sessions include a warm towel foot wrap, and optional hand, head and neck massage. Stress drops away leaving  balance, calm, and relief of tired and sore feet.

1 hour $135
30 minute add on to a massage $50

Thai Massage

Also called Thai Yoga Massage, this session includes stretching postures and rhythmic acu-point pressure along life energy lines which leaves the client with a feeling of expanded life force along with deep relaxation and surprising therapeutic benefits. Adapted for the massage table with the client wearing loose comfortable clothing.

1.5 Hour $185

Hot Stone Upgrade to any Massage $25

Hot stones are added for deep relaxation and slowing down from stress. Hot stone deep tissue tools are used for unbinding tight areas and spreading warm softness through tense areas. Perfect for deep relaxation, hot stones are also marvelous for athletes and manual workers alike.

In Home/Lodging/Elder Massage sessions available. Call for rates.

Travel sessions are available at clients’ home or lodgings for an additional fee depending on location.

Scheduling: Advanced bookings recommended. Available for groups and retreats.

Scent: Massages are done with unscented refined coconut oil and scent free, nut oil free, vegan lotion used sparingly.
